Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: The high rate of re-employment in the electronic information industry has stabilized the global supply chain
Cctv newsOn March 30th, the the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism held a press conference. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology introduced the situation of the manufacturing industry’s resumption of production and answered questions from reporters.
journalistThe industrial chain of electronic enterprises is relatively long. What is the current situation of this kind of enterprises returning to work and production? What measures will be taken to support the coordinated resumption of production in the industrial chain?
Xu Kemin, Director of Industrial Policy and Regulation Department of Ministry of Industry and Information TechnologyAt present, the average re-employment rate of the electronic information industry has reached 95%. From the perspective of key enterprises, the re-employment rate of SMIC, BOE, Huaxing Optoelectronics and other enterprises has exceeded 90%; Huawei has resumed work in an all-round way, and the compound yield is stable at 90%; 810,000 people have resumed work in 27 major factories of Foxconn, with an overall resumption rate of 93.7%. Nearly 100 core supporting enterprises have resumed work and production, which has driven more than 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream to resume work and stabilize the global supply chain. From the perspective of major projects, major projects such as Changjiang Storage, Changxin, Huaxing Optoelectronics and Visionox are progressing smoothly.
The electronic information industry has the characteristics of a long industrial chain, which is highly dependent on the supply chain system. The upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain need to work together to resume production. In this regard, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has mainly taken three measures: First, providing accurate services for enterprises. Establish "early communication" with key enterprises — The "late feedback" mechanism, through telephone, WeChat and video conference, can grasp the first-hand situation and enterprise demands in real time, coordinate and solve problems in a targeted manner, and provide accurate services.
The second is to promote the resumption of production across regions and the entire industrial chain. Establish a cross-regional daily coordination and communication mechanism, guide local authorities at all levels to solve the problem of enterprises returning to work in real time, and follow up and implement them one by one. For example, in some areas, three-level work classes have been set up in provinces and cities. In solving the problem of returning to work, foreign employees are brought back to work through special trains and buses, and professional forces are coordinated to conduct nucleic acid testing on isolated employees, providing isolated buffer dormitories.
The third is to coordinate and solve the demand for epidemic prevention materials. Help enterprises coordinate the urgent need for epidemic prevention materials such as forehead temperature guns, automatic thermometers and masks. At the same time, promote enterprises to use the Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other new generation information technology means to ensure the resumption of work and production.
