The commendation meeting of the 2016 Shanghai Key Project Practical Meritorious Competition was held this morning (January 12). Yang Xiong pointed out that it is necessary to pay strict attention to construction safety, take effective measures, consolidate the main safety responsibilities of construction, survey, design, construction and supervision, pay close attention to key construction links, and strengthen the safety control of major risk sources. It is necessary to continuously improve the quality of the project, adhere to the international first-class benchmarking, comprehensively consider the design, construction and operation, adopt more advanced international quality standards, vigorously carry forward the craftsman spirit, and strive to create more excellent projects. To improve the level of civilized construction, the construction unit should further strengthen the overall awareness, focus on improving internal management, reduce related social costs, and minimize the impact of engineering construction on the city. The construction of rail transit stations should strive to occupy less roads and return them early. It is necessary to strengthen dust control on construction sites and roads, and urge transportation enterprises to reduce "leakage" in muck transportation. We should persist in scientific and technological innovation and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. To become an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation, major projects should promote prefabricated buildings in major projects throughout the city, and constantly increase the proportion of prefabricated components used in each project.
